Departments at Dayton's Winter Maker's Market: Following its debut one year ago, the Departments at Dayton's is back with another holiday pop-up market. Black Garnet Books: The only Black-owned bookstore in Minnesota, community member Dionne Sims launched Black Garnet Books two years ago online in direct response to state violence and to address racial inequality within the publishing and literary industries.
