Inkwell Booksellers Company: An indie bookstore with a coffee counter has just opened at the busy intersection of East Hennepin and Central Avenue in Northeast Minneapolis. Inkwell carries almost 10,000 books of all genres, including graphic novels, with special sections calling out local authors and staff picks. The shop also serves Wesley Andrews espresso, Inkwell-branded drip coffee and Rose Street Patisserie basked goods. Marrimekko Fabric Pop-up Sale: Attention sewists and decorators: the Textile Center is hosting a Markimekko fabric sale. It includes nearly 100 yards of current and out-of-print Marimekko fabric in pristine condition, which was donated to the nonprofit center. Center for Lost Objects Reopening: Two weeks following a ceiling collapse, West 7th vintage shop Center for Lost Objects is reopening with a celebration.
