Denimani Trunk Show: The Textile Center is celebrating the holidays with a series of pop-up events throughout the season featuring local textile artists and designers. This week, shoppers can explore a unique collection of apparel by Minneapolis designer Denimani Livingstone, whose work draws on themes of migration and identity inspired by his refugee experience. Alice Cicolini Trunk Show: Max’s at The Shops at Excelsior & Grand hosts renowned British jewelry designer Alice Cicolini for a trunk show this weekend. Cicolini's jewelry draws inspiration from the Silk Route’s sacred architecture and global artistic traditions, with her enamel pieces crafted in Jaipur by a master meenakari artisan and other works produced in London with expert goldsmiths. During the event, the designer will personally offer custom design consultations by appointment using clients' own stones.
