Maria Stanley launches fall collection: Local fashion designer Maria Stanley has just launched her fall collection. After studying fashion and working for a number of womenswear brands in Los Angeles for over a decade, Stanley launched her eponymous label in 2016, with an emphasis on designing enduring, earth-friendly collections meant to be well- lived in and loved forever. Now based out of her industrious home state of Minnesota, Stanley works closely with her partners in Delhi, India, and Lima, Peru, to offer thoughtfully crafted garments that embrace materials and methods steeped in each country’s artisan traditions. Sept 20: All Black Attire Party: Richard Moody of IAmMoody has been producing fashion shows in the Twin Cities for 30 years, always with an emphasis on luxury fashions and dynamic runway presentations.
