NE Farmers Market After Dark: The Northeast Farmers Market continues its monthly night market outdoors at Bauhaus Brew Labs. Fashionopolis: Mpls.St.Paul Magazine’s annual fall fashion event returns to the Four Seasons Minneapolis hotel. The centerpiece of the event is a high-impact runway show produced and styled by local style veteran Grant Whittaker featuring fall fashions from local shops and designers. Fat Flea: Body Positive Fat-Centric Market: Co-presented by local apparel makers Esther Edna Clothing and MX Apparel (both of which make it a point to offer XL+ clothing), this self-proclaimed body-positive, fat-centric market features 40 vendors selling handmade and vintage apparel for plus-sized bodies as well as jewelry, artwork, housewares and more celebrating fat bodies or created by plus-size makers. In the Alley Oktoberfest Market: Hewing Hotel is partnering with North Loop luxury retailer MartinPatrick3 on a pop-up series in their shared alley. They’ll host a dozen local makers curated by Mich Berthiaume of Mich’s Markets along with live German music, a beer garden with a seasonal German-inspired menu crafted by Tullibee for four consecutive Saturdays through the first weekend of October. The Vintage Flea: The Vintage Exchange shop in Howard Lake hosts its final Vintage Flea outdoor market of the season. The event includes guest vendors, food trucks, music and sales inside the shop. The shop’s classic malt shop (a holdover from its heritage as the Howard Lake Drug Store) will also be open all day. Twin Cities True Vintage Show: Hardcore vintage clothing collectors, you don’t want to miss out on this event. This weekend’s Twin Cities True Vintage Show marks the first-ever fall edition, featuring 50+ vendors selling vintage fashions, textiles, jewelry and accessories from the 1800s through the 1970s.
