SIbling Studios Pop-up at Idun: NYC-based circular fashion project Sibling Studios is coming to town for a pop-up at they’re favorite Twin Cities store, Idun. Founded by Minnesota native, NYC fashion designer Emily Bryngelson, Sibling Studios’ small-batch, one-of-a-kind items are created through artful repairs and unconventional tailoring as a “necessary alternative to the high rate of consumption and waste in the fashion industry.” Shop their holiday collection at this pop-up reception. Dinosaur Hampton Collection Two Party: Benjamin Kelly of Dinosaur Hampton has been known for his custom chainstitch embroidery pop-ups around the Twin Cities over the past few years. He's since shifted gears to launch his own clothing line last year. Inspired by vintage clothing, Dinosaur Hampton creates wearable goods “for all kinds of people with all kinds of style,” often based on classic workwear with an elevated twist. Fall Open Studios in NE: Every fall, the artist buildings of Northeast Minneapolis host a series of open studio events on the same weekend, just in time for you to st art thinking about holiday gift shopping (Think Art-A-Whirl, but for fall.) The biggest of the Northeast art buildings, the Northrup King Building, hosts its Art Attack event, which showcases four floors of original art and giftable goods from over 350 artists and makers.
