For Future Reference Vintage Jewelry Trunk Show: Calling all vintage jewelry lovers: For Future Reference Vintage, an offshoot of bi-coastal brand development agency For Future Reference, launched a curation of unsigned vintage and estate jewelry at Bergdorf Goodman earlier this year. African Fashion Week Minnesota: African Fashion Week Minnesota (AFWMN) is a new non-profit, community-based organization and social enterprise celebrating the culture, art, design, history, talent, performing arts, cuisine and heritage of Africa. This platform was created “from a need to bridge the gap and connect various cultures and provide a space for creativity, communication and unity.” This weekend’s events include a women's apparel showcase on Thursday, kids’ apparel show on Friday and a haute couture showcase on Saturday. Jamie Joseph Jewelry Trunk Show: Max’s Jewelry hosts its annual trunk show this weekend with jewelry designer, Jamie Joseph. Jamie and her husband, Jeremy, lead a small team of artisans in their Seattle studio to create collections that highlight the raw beauty of gemstones with an organic elegance. Wild After Dark: Fall Restock Launch: Wild Things Antiques and the Wild Vintage Collective will host "Wild After Dark" on Friday the 13th to debut the store’s new fall reset. Fall Launch Happy Hour at Hermine: New downtown vintage shop Hermine kicks off the fall season with a fall launch happy hour. The store’s offerings feature primarily natural fibers like silk, wool and cotton for all genders as well as an assortment of accessories and home decor. My own brand, Rosella Vintage, is also a vendor and will have a full restock available to shop. There will also be refreshments to enjoy while you peruse. Textile Center’s Textile Garage Sale: The Textile Center’s garage sale is back for its fall edition.
